Persona

Chibi Chibi is a girl who's irresistible, cute and genorous. She also holds incredible magic power, and is from another planet in the future. She doesn't really know how to speak yet, besides saying "chibi chibi". She loves mimicing other people, like what they say, but still can't speak. She first appears in the Stars series, episode 187. Chibi Chibi arrives in Tokyo by flying in the air. She lands on the sidewalk, near where Usagi and Luna are taking a walk. Chibi Chibi loses her umbrella, and Usagi catches it, giving it back to Chibi Chibi. As Usagi and Luna walk away, Chibi Chibi begins to follow them even when Luna notices her. Usagi goes to talk to Chibi Chibi to find out who she was, but only said, "Chibi Chibi" => Usagi continues her walk while Chibi Chibi went to the Tsukino's and hypnotized her mother with her umbrella. When Usagi came home, she discovers that she now has a adorable little sister! When the other senshi saw Chibi Chibi, they thought Usagi had another child, and was travelling in time. Chibi Chibi loves Usagi(and Usagi loves her). They soon discover who Chibi Chibi is when the senshi were fighting their last battle with the evil Sailor Galaxia. Chibi Chibi is the "good side" and the star seed of Sailor Galaxia. Sailor Galaxia was a great soldier who battled with Chaos, and contained Chaos in her body. However, Chaos began to take over her body, so Galaxia sent her star seed out into the universe to find someone that would nurture it. It found Usagi and turned into an kawaii little girl named Chibi Chibi. Chibi Chibi looks quite similar to Usagi and Chibi-usa. She's small, cute, and wear's her hair in heart-shaped odangos(meatballs in dub). She loves bunnies and hearts. In the Manga, Chibi-Chibi appears much like she does in the anime, only she's not quite as annoying. She turns into Sailor Chibi-Chibi as well, but she can talk and transform by herself, just like a normal Sailor Senshi (only a bit shorter). She's rather mysterious, and it is not until the final battle that we learn her origin. In the Manga, Chibi-Chibi is Sailor Moon's future FUTURE self, Sailor Cosmos. Y'see, when Eternal Sailor Moon threw herself into Caulderon, the mystical river of birth and rejuvination, in the last battle and sealed Sailor Chaos, there was still a tiny speck of Chaos still left in Calderon. This speck festered and grew to a great enemy in the future, and Sailor Cosmos, dismayed at all the destruction it caused in the future, fled back to the past to make Eternal Sailor Moon destroy Caulderon altogether, thereby illiminating any possible threat. She takes the form of Chibi-Chibi to do so. But what Eternal Sailor Moon helped Sailor Cosmos realize was that the stream of life represented the birth of new hopes along with the evils, too. And if you believed in that hope, you could always conquer the bad. Sailor Cosmos knew that she could no longer fear that threat with all the love and hope Eternal Sailor Moon gave her, and faced her destiny as the true Sailor Cosmos, with confidence and bravery. ^_^

Powers and Toys

She carries a censor that smells like cinnamon, and is connected the Starlights. Kakyu(Princess Fireball) is in it! However, Chibi Chibi is not from the Starlights' planet, but from another planet with a different power. Chibi Chibi turns into Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon when she touches Eternal Sailor Moon's Tier. Here sailor outfit is identical to Eternal Sailor Moon's except it's blue, red and white, with hearts. She doesn't do any attacks, but does give Eternal Sailor Moon a new attack: Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss. She also saves Sailor Moon's life towards the end of the Stars season. Not to mention she tuns into a sword so that Princess Serena can fight Galaxia.
